About

I wanted to start the Live You initiative to encourage

people to put themself first without any guilt.

Live you is meant to display the idea of

Living you, for and by you!

Helping people know they are more than just a box they might be placed in they are themselves and that is more than amazing enough.

I have had some struggles over the past years with mental health, body image, bullying and sickness.

I have felt like I was not living for a while I was just surviving as it felt like it was all controlling me.

So I am starting Live You as reminder that you are capable and have the power over all of “IT” that happens up in your mind.

Having this initiative I intend to encourage others to be

brave and unmask all fronts so that you can uncover the true you.

I realise how much life there is for me to live and how I would have benefited from knowing I am not alone.

So lets start this journey together!

Lots of Love Georgia Grace

Little You
              The Real You

Little you is the realest version of you!

They are a reminder of how far you have come and how big you can dream.

The naive little kid is the definition of you and through life experiences as we get older we mask little pieces of them.

whether its to fit in or be more like someone else we have all had a moment that we have covered a piece of us.

Each part of you is crucial because with each attribute it gathers the one of a kind YOU which is irreplaceable.

So this is a reminder to look back at the best moments of them and unmask them!

Sometimes all it takes is a little dance in the kitchen to feel like a kid again.

The aftermath of that cheesy grin is how proud little you would be of where you are and how much you have overcome. You don't have to cover up to be anyone else YOU are more than great enough!

Resources

Sometimes all it takes is a little breather or something to get your mind off of what your going through.

So here are some resource worksheets that can help you come out of your own head.
